Mauritius

Mauritius is an island nation in the Indian Ocean.

It is known for it's beaches, lagoons & reefs.

The island is surrounded by more than 150km of white sandy beaches, and ocean lagoons which are protected from the open sea by the world's third largest coral reef (which surrounds the island).

Mauritius has a tropical climate, but is basically warm all year round.

Summer- from November to April- is warm & humid with a mean temperature of 25 degrees.

But winter is relatively cool & dry with a mean temperature of 20 degrees.

So Mauritius has a warm pleasant climate year round, beautiful beaches, and quite a selection of quality hotels and golf courses.

Golf Courses

At the time of writing there are eleven golf courses in Mauritius, most of which take advantage of the tropical landscapes in idyllic locations.

The combination of lovely weather, fabulous beachside accommodation, and spectacular golf courses makes Mauritius a very special golfing destination.
